Why Join Us
A store built from the ground up — with you leading it.

This is a newly opened store. The systems, the culture, and the team habits you establish in year one will shape how SORA operates for years after. Few managers get to start with a blank floor plan.
Lead Cambodia's newest premium Japanese specialty store
SORA brings a curated Japanese specialty retail concept to Phnom Penh. You'll be the one translating that concept into daily execution on the shop floor.
Develop your leadership career
Ongoing coaching, defined performance checkpoints, and a professional development track built around Japanese retail management standards.
Join a supportive, high-performing team
You won't be building alone. SORA's team is small by design, so decisions are fast and support is direct.
